How to increase self-esteem/confidence:
So, a lot of you have asked how to increase it or decrease the self hate. I’m not going to pretend like this is an over night fix, it isn’t and you might think these are silly but honestly it’s helped me and I think I’m rather ugly.

Garth Britzman came up with this clever idea: reusing soda bottles, partially filled with coloured water to create a beautiful canopy. Incidentally the canopy also has a purpose: as a car park. Lovely, simple, creative.
